Actuate 6 Performance on IBM AIX

Overview This white paper describes the approach and results of Actuate 6 performance tests on the IBM eServer pSeriesplatform, running the AIX operating system. Tests were conducted at the IBM Solution Partnership Centre in Hursley, England in May 2002. For this series of tests, the Actuate Server was configured to run on a cluster of several smaller machines that together act as one. It is also possible to configure Actuate 6 Server on a single stand-alone server with one or more CPUs.
