Andritz Focuses on the Customer with Baan

Overview Andritz employs about 4,500 staff in more than 60 branches around the world. About 1,200 are employed at the head offices in Graz and in Vienna. The worldwide implementation of Baan's CRM system achieved the Group's clearly formulated goals: communication within the Andritz Group and with its customers was improved, sales processes were standardized, global co-operation within the Group was improved, and administrative costs of sales were reduced. One of the greatest advantages of the CRM solution is that all the data is available to the Group worldwide after being entered just once. The same applies to amendments, which just need to be made in one place, and all the linked systems, such as various e-commerce and ERP applications, will follow. This can help reduce administrative costs and improve customer satisfaction.
