NetWorker: Foundation for Enterprise Backup Solution at Compaq

Overview Attaining maximum data performance at Compaq's new DataCenter in Baden, Switzerland is the over riding objective for the company. For this reason alone, the decision was made to install and implement Legato NetWorker. Utilizing four backup servers, NetWorker currently manages a total of four large Compaq ESL 9326 tape libraries. These ESLs in turn are each equipped with six SDLT drives from Compaq, achieving an overall high data performance.
