Overview The discussion found in this paper is meant to illustrate the value of Critical Success Factor: Having a consistent model to work from opportunity identification to implementation. Members of the ATG Professional Services organization have developed one such framework, the Scenario Modeling Framework. This conceptual model was developed to help ATG Dynamo customers identify strategic Scenario opportunities, provide significant business value, consider the customers’ perspectives and needs, and develop comprehensive business requirements that expedite the development process. This framework is used through a variety of services’ engagements with our customers and contributes to the advanced use and adoption of the ATG technology.
