Overview
Building a new solution from scratch is costly and time consuming. Yet, finding a solution that’s easy to use and integrates with current data system can also be challenging.
So thought BKM Total Office of California, an office furniture supplier, until they discovered QuickBase for Corporate Workgroups by Intuit. Prior to using QuickBase, BKM struggled to coordinate communication across customers, sales reps, suppliers, schedulers, and shippers using their industry-specific software. Within weeks, BKM customized QuickBase and interfaced it with their existing system to provide real-time access to the status of customer orders to all constituents via the Web. And, BKM realized efficiencies by automating processes that were historically labor intensive.
