Overview

Black & Veatch used the Tablet PC, running Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, as an electronic clipboard to replace this labor-intensive, time-consuming process. The mobile and wireless components of the Tablet PC eliminate the need to enter data twice, resulting in an approximate 8-percent increase in productivity for those who use them at project sites.
