The Calibration of VHF/UHF Field Strength Measuring Equipment

Overview Field strength measurement equipment from the antenna to the receiver, must be calibrated before is is used for field work and this document describes how it is done at BBC R & D. A similar document was produced many years ago but, whilst the principles remain the same, the application and presentation needed updating owing to changes in the equipment now used.
