Overview This service will articulate, qualify, quantify, and document IT services to align to business customers/users requirements to allow IT to deliver consistent services that meet customer/end-user requirements. This service will design a Service Portfolio, develop detailed service descriptions for IT services, and develop Service Level Agreements (SLA) for major, mission-critical services that are well-defined, measurable, and in a negotiable state, that are documented in a Service Catalog.
