Overview
As a carrier, a growing portion of your business depends on complying with service level agreements (SLAs) you’ve established with Internet service providers (ISPs). However, up to now you’ve had the technology only to police those agreements – that is, to determine whether an ISP received the contracted level of service – after the fact.
ISPs want more. Increasingly, they’re pressing wholesale carriers to demonstrate their capability to deliver the access levels specified in the SLA, and to provide full documentation of compliance. If you can’t provide these “proofs,” you’ll lose business to carriers who can.
