Legal Liability of the Records and Information Management Professional
Overview A growing number of records and information managers have expressed concern related to their legal liabilities while engaged in their occupation. In other cases, these same individuals develop and operate systems which effect the rights and interests of others. To what degree, will these professionals be personally liable for their actions which violate the law or adversely effect another party?
