This mass-mailing worm is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and is UPX packed. It sends itself to all users in the Microsoft Outlook Address book, alters the desktop wallpaper, and tries to disable certain anti-virus software. It arrives in an email message containing the following information:

Body: Here's visual some pics for
you... It will surely make your partner
happier and wilder...

Attachment: NUDEPIC.JPG.EXE

Running the attachment infects the local machine. The worm attempts to send itself to all users found in the Microsoft Outlook Address book and to kill the following processes:

NAI_VS_STAT
