Cellular IPv6

Overview This document updates Cellular IP with IPv6 capability. This protocol will inter operate fully with Mobile IPv6. The original is improved with an alternative method for semi-soft handoff. This memo specifies Cellular IP for IPv6, a protocol that provides mobility and handoff support for frequently moving hosts. It is intended to be used on a local level, for instance in a campus or metropolitan area network. Cellular IP can inter work with Mobile IPv6 to support wide area mobility, that is, mobility between Cellular IP Networks.
