The Product Creation Process

Overview The System Architect spends most of his time in the Product Creation Process. This article describes the product creation process, including organizational aspects and the roles of people within the process. The Context of the Product Creation Process shows the context of the Product Creation Process in the decomposition of the business in 4 main processes, as described in [5]. From Product Creation Process point of view the Policy and Planning Process determines the framework in which the PCP operates. The Technology and People Management Process supplies people, process and technology enabling the PCP. The customer oriented process is the customer of the PCP.
