Object-Oriented Design with TeleUSE Templates
Overview A template is an autonomous object that includes one or more widgets with certain resources set to desired values. A template contains information on the widget hierarchy so that all instances of the template inherit the same resource settings. The programmer can change the resource values in a template instance and override the default values and then later clear the overridden values and inherit the defaults once again. The ease with which templates can be used and changed promotes their reusability and minimizes the maintenance of large applications. TeleUSE templates enable programmers to achieve consistency in the look and feel of different screens.
