Overview This paper summarizes the results of a study of the 2mm Project carried out by CONSAD Research Corporation under contract to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. First, the project as well as its problem is described. Then the role played by ATP is assessed. Results of early implementation of project technologies are used to estimate longer-term impacts.
