Overview The purpose of this updated document is to share a system design strategy that promotes successful selection of GIS hardware solutions. Guidelines include appropriate rationale and logic to support a system that will satisfy initial performance needs for most of our customers. Once the initial implementation is operational, the system environment can be further adjusted to fit specific user needs.
